September 1: September Tuition due

September 1: Labor Day, No school

September 2: 1^st Day of School, TTH, M-TH, M-F classes

September 3: 1^st Day of School, MWF classes

September 7: Education Blessing Sunday, 10am Service

September 8: First Day of Chapel, 9am

September 10: BTES Staff Meeting 8am-8:45am

September 14: Sunday school Classes Begin at our Church, 10am

September 24 and 25: “Grand-Friends” Day

September 28: Blessing of the Animals, 4pm 

Announcements:

• Please remember that jumpers are required for girls and collared shirts for boys on chapel days. We will have chapel on Mondays and Wednesdays for those children 3 and older!
• Join us at the 10:00am church service at the Church of the Holy Communion on Sunday, September 7th as Bishop Sutton will confer a special blessing to all students and teachers returning to school.
• See the school office if you would like to name the playground after your child(ren) for a month during the 2008-2009 school year. This is one of our school fundraisers!
• Please be sure to return your volunteer forms to the office in order to be placed on a Parent Committee or become a Room Parent.
• Please make sure all forms required by Texas State Law for admission are in the office by September 2nd. If not turned in on time, your child’s attendance will be suspended until they are in.
• Check backpacks daily for important information from the office or from your child’s teacher.
• More information about “Grand-Friends” Day will be available in the next few weeks. Watch your e-mail and your child’s backpack for more information on this special day.
• On Sunday, September 28th, Bishop Sutton will conduct a Blessing of the Animals. Bring your pet or pets and join us at the outside of the Church at 4:00pm for this special event.
